At Color Mineral we are very transparent, which is why we always indicate that, due to the nature of the quartz, the piece may vary in tone or size.
If you prefer to choose your piece (the quartz that we will assemble) you must make your purchase and then write to us by email (email@example.com) or by Instagram attaching your order number and mentioning that you want to choose the quartz for your jewelry.
Refunds and/or returns only apply if the product arrives broken, is not the part you ordered or the product does not come in the packaging.
The information must be sent to our email ( firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than 24 hours after receiving the package.
It is necessary to attach photos and/or video.
