• To be able to access wholesale costs, the minimum purchase must be respected, the maximum wholesale discount is 30%

• The purchase is made directly in the online store in the STORE section, all products available for purchase are solely and exclusively those that have been published, for wholesale sales no personalized or special orders are made.

• Products that do not apply for wholesale:
  - Pieces from the "Outlet" collection, pieces from the "A Mano" collection or silver products. Wholesale codes are deactivated and do not apply when there are special offers such as discounts, pre-sales, good end, hot sale, etc. in the online store.

• Discounts are permanent and discount codes must be applied according to the amount of your purchase.

• Wholesale payments can be made by: Paypal, Mercado Pago, Kueski Pay, Transfer or Deposit.

• All wholesale products are sent with generic packaging.

• It takes us 5 BUSINESS days ( that is, we do not count weekends or holidays in Mexico ) to prepare your order . Once those 5 days have passed, we will put it in the parcel and it will begin to travel. We will send you the tracking data by email. that you left in your purchase, it is important that you check your spam or junk mail .

• After your 5th wholesale purchase, you can access a fixed code as a wholesaler. If you comply with the purchases, please contact us to send it to you.
