If you require an invoice, it is NECESSARY that you send us your tax information in the month of your purchase to our email:
In the email you must specify your order number and name of the person who made the purchase in order to make your invoice with the correct amount. Additionally, you must attach your complete tax information.
Required tax information:
- Updated tax certificate with:
- Company name, RFC with homoclave, email.
You will receive your invoice in 72 business hours to the email you share with us.
