2. We can change or add as many charms or quartz as you want.
3. You can adjust the length of your chain as short or long as you like.

How to carry out the process?

1. We ask that you be very clear about your idea before sending it to us.
2. Once your idea has been defined, contact us by Direct Message on our Instagram or directly to our email: hola@colormineral.com
3. Once we have received the information, we will corroborate it, we will make you a proposal and we will send you a budget.

Guidelines

1. We DO NOT make parts from other brands
2. If we do not have the material, we will suggest another way to do it.
3. It takes us 1 to 2 weeks to place the order, depending on the workload we have, please be patient and if you need the part urgently, take this information into consideration when placing your order.
4. We DO NOT work on customized pieces without a 50% advance payment, which is equivalent to the budget we gave you for the piece.
5. We DO NOT deliver parts without the total settled
6. YES we make your idea possible

• It is important to know that if you made your advance payment but for some reason when you finish your pieces you can no longer pay for them, you are no longer interested in them or you simply no longer claim them, the advance payment will NOT be refunded.
We keep the pieces for a maximum of 1 month, in case you have not contacted us during that time, your pieces will be put up for sale and we will not accept claims after that time.
